1.Delivery time
The delivery time set in to the commission sheet/slot/page/etc. Is an aproximation, changes on the delivery date will be communicated to the client.
The minimum delivery time is 2 days.
Making the delivery before the stipulated minimum 2 days will lead to an increase of between 50% and 100% of the total price of the commission.
Process:
1. We talk by direct message about the drawing you want and its characteristics.
2. I make an approximate budget.
3. I make the sketch and once finished I send it to make the pertinent corrections.
4. In case the sketch is ready, I proceed to make the final version .
5. A sample of the final version will be sent, during this phase the changes will be limited to colors, backgrounds, effects, etc. that do not affect the composition.
6.If there are no more changes to make, the payment is made.
7. Payment capture and a link to email, dropbox, mega, drive or any cloud service is sent.
8. The job is uploaded to the link and the client confirms that the job has been received.
Terms:
1. Each Commission has 3 changes included in the base price, each additional change will be charged by 25% of the commission price
2. Job descriptions must be clear and concise, during phases 1~3 all elements, characteristics and composition must be clarified and references sent.
3.If the client does not respond, after 3 days from the last contact, the commission will be cancelled.
In case of wanting to recover it, a charge of %100 will be added.
After 7 days from the last contact, the commission will be considered as “abandoned”.
4. In case the client asks for another commission after having abandoned one, the service will be DENIED.
5. Source files (such as .PSD) are not included in to the commission; Source File is only included purchasing Commercial Rights
6. Commercial rights are not included in to the commission.
The rights for commercial use files will have a cost of 200% of the price of the article, exempt from any discount (ex: the CRs file of a $5 sticker will have a cost of $10 regardless of whether the sticker is on discount); it includes Source File.
7.The alternative versions are only valid with the character of the main commission, it is not possible to make the alt vers. with different characters.
8.The characters contemplated in the commissions are human & semi-human (only ears or horns and tail)
In case of requesting a furry character, the price will increase 50%. (Note that furry characters are experimental)
9.Discount in extra characters only applies if they are in the same picture.
