Terms of Service & FAQs

-The client will be updated on every step.

-Any topic, fetishes, etc its ok.

-No real people as characters.

-Payment fees are already calculated in final price.

-Source files can be purchased after commission delivery (1 year max.).

-Source Files and pngs will be stored for 1 year aprox (Unless the client buys source files and sign a commercial use royalty contract).

-No refunds.

-Source Files are .Clip (Clip Studio Format)

-Base Color Background refers to a simple lineart 1 color background.

-Fullcolor Background Refers to a Complete painted background

-If no background extra added, defalut background will be a 1 color gradient background or transparent Png (As chooses by client.)

-Small animals refer to a squirrel size, Medium as an ordinary house dog. Big as a really big dog (Like dobberman), horses, etc.

Minimum changes refers to changes like Expressions, effects like wetness, glows, etc, changes that dont compromise the overall image composition.

Medium changes refers to those who adds a character or object but doesnt affect the overall composition (like not the pose of the protagonist.)

Big changes refers to those who changes overall composition like changing protagonist pose.

Changing the point of view for another scene will be charged as another image separately

------------------------------YCHs:-------------------------------------

-The Base price comprehends the Anatomy of your character and displayed elements on te preview, those YCHs whose already includes background/clothes/other elements, will be made that way, so no extra cost charged for those elements (ex: YCH#4 Already Includes Background, YCH#1 Already includes clothes).

-YCH Extra "Extra Ver." only comprehends small changes.

-Changing the anatomy of the requested character or the elements included on the image, will charge it required cost (if your character has big breasts, the image will be made with those changes, if you want a version with the default size, the extra cost will be added as an Extra version, Or if the Ych already includes clothes, a naked version will add its required charge as an Extra Version)

- .1, .2, .3, etc, counts as an extra ver.

YCHs are painted in Toon Shading only (main reason theyre cheap) Requesting a YCH pose with s0ftshading will be charged as a s0ftshading commission with its according price.

------------------------Character Design Project:--------------------------

Q: Do i need references, a defined idea or a complete description for this request?

A: No, with a basic description is enough.

Q: How works the 3 Step process payment?

A: The process for this project is divided in 3 chunks:

Final character design, where ill send the rough sketch with the final design of the character

Final Weapon design: Ill send th rough sketch for the Weapon/Gun Design

Final Deliver: In this step ill complete the final 3-Tone colored sheets, with clean lineart, customized margin & containers, S0ftshade Pose Show illustration and send the compresed file(s) after the final payment.

Nude View extra includes a version without clothes of the 3-Views and Proportions & Color Pallette Sheets for all character forms requested (included transformations.)

Extra Outfit includes a new design of clothes for the character (applied only on 1 form of the character), and includes its own 3-View and Proportions & Color Pallette Sheets.

Extra Gun/Weapon includes an extra design of Weapon/Gun With its own Proportions & Color Pallete and Weapon Show Sheets.

Character Transformation Includes a new body design for your character, with its own clothes, includes th 3-View, Proportions & Color Pallette, Expressions and S0ftshade show pose illustration.

Extra "PRYORITY": This add on will guarantee the commission will be put on front of the list. (To make sure the time matches, client must respond as fast as possible).

Extra 3D Games Character: Very often 3D Game characters have a high amount of details, accesories, etc, that takes exponentially more time than regular 2D designs, to avoid subjective speculation about commisison price for 3D

Source file: 200% of the final Global price.

3D Game Characters:

-S0ftshade/Toon Shade Simple Commissions: +30% of final global price.

-Comic Base Characters: +25%/Character (If base page is x price, with each of the base characters being 3d designs, price rises 25 and 50 % respectively)

-Comic Extra Character: +50%/Each Extra Character (if 1 extra character is $30, if the character is 3d design its price will be $45).

Slots (GMT Hour):

-Morning: 5-8 pm

-Noon: 10-12 pm

-Night: 4-7 am

-NSFW Commissions are only available for +18 clients, if you request a NSFW commission, i (s0ft) wont request any form of age verification (such as ID, Personal info,etc.) Its IMPLICIT that if you re requesting NSFW content, you are +18 and you have full responsibility of it.

-I (s0ft) Explicitly forbid the request of real persons in commissions for nsfw purposes, only exception beign the on client (or by default a person who explicitly agreeds by a written signed form) into a request that dont break any kind of law in the U.S.

-You (Client) can upload, share, or distribute the shared progress or the final file of your commission only for no-commercial purposes, such as social-network posts, friends, recreative uses, etc. (IF commission is meant to commercial uses (such as prints, software, merchandising, etc.) must acquire the source file of the commission.
